As a Travel and Tour Marketer, you will promote and sell travel packages, tours, Flights tickets, and related services to potential clients. Your role will involve generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales while earning commission-based compensation in USD. You will represent the company, ensuring a positive experience for clients by delivering excellent customer service and tailored travel solutions.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential customers through various channels such as social media, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Develop strategies to attract clients, such as online campaigns, local promotions, or collaborations with businesses.
Sales and Marketing:
- Promote travel packages, tours, and services to prospective clients.
- Create and share compelling marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media posts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand clients' travel needs and preferences to offer customized packages and experiences.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and address concerns professionally.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Coordinate with the company’s operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and packages.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are tied directly to your sale performance in dollars. You will receive 50USD for every package sold for first 2 clients, the 3rd to 4th client will be 80USD, 5th package upwards 100USD of the revenue generated from each sale, with opportunities for higher commissions based on targets achieved or performance tiers.
- All expense paid trip to a destination when set target is met
