We're seeking a Ticketing Executive with excellent experience in Amadeus GDS to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle flight bookings, ticketing, and customer inquiries, ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Book and issue tickets using Amadeus
• Manage reissues, refunds, and cancellations
• Provide fare quotes and travel options to clients
• Stay updated on airline policies and schedules
• Assist with travel-related queries like baggage and visa requirements
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS.
• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing and fare rules.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or airline is a plus.
Note: Candidates should have at least 3 year experience in Ticketing and reservation.
