Key Purpose Statement
To deliver volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sales & Marketing team, implementation of business plans and delivering Customer Service Excellence.
The key purpose of the role is to;
- Support the Company Sales Representatives with regards to delivery, implementation and measurement of performance based on the business plans.
- Support sales regions in development of capability in clear understanding of the channel strategy and execution criteria through regular trade visits, one on one interactions with customers and what their needs are.
- Support the Sales reps in providing direction to sales force and territories.
