Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to inform the development of digital engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritise and document requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Manage clients and external parties such as vendors, partners, and any integration or third-party services.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, providing clear and comprehensive documentation for development teams.
- Work closely with business leaders, project managers, engineers, and testers to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress.
- Actively participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog processing, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
- Collaborate with testing resources and deliverables with internal and external teams.
- Provide training and support to end-users while implementing new digital solutions.
Skills:
- Business Analysis: Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams, the business, and customers.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital engineering technologies and frameworks, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Project Management: I have demonstrated experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of the development life cycle and the key tasks and activities delivered in each phase.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, UX/UI, solution architects, developers, engineers, testers, and business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
- Digital Media: Experience working on projects delivering digital services, including web applications, SaaS services, mobile applications, and data projects.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- User Experience (UX) Understanding: Knowledge of user experience principles to contribute to creating user-friendly digital solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Understanding software testing principles to collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
