Ablekuma Olebu Branch:
- Creche Teacher
- Nursery 1 and 2 Teachers
- Basic 1, 2, 3, and 6 Teachers
Nima Branch:
- Creche Teacher
- Nursery 1 Teacher
- Nursery 2 Teacher
- KG 1 Teacher
- KG 2 Teacher
- Basic 1, 2, and 6 Teachers
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of preschool teachers and students.
- Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to achieve school-wide goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for students and families.
