Job Description/Requirements
An Abacus Teacher is responsible for teaching children and sometimes adults how to use the abacus to improve their mental math skills, concentration, and memory. They guide students through basic to advanced levels of abacus operations, demonstrating techniques for mental calculations and fostering a fun, interactive learning environment.
Successful candidates will be trained and equiped with the Abacus skills.
Key duties include:
- Lesson Planning and Instruction: Prepare lesson plans, introduce abacus fundamentals, and progressively teach more complex calculations.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and individualized support to improve performance.
