Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Handling Sales, Inventory, delivery and fixing.
• Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks.
• Maintaining reports and reporting to the Manager.
• Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
• Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles.
• Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision.
• Utilize sales acumen to increase store sales, analyze performance data, set achievable goals, and motivate the team and monitor sales.

Requirements:

• Advanced leadership and team management skills.
• Should have technical background.
• Ability to drive sales with strategic initiatives.
• Should have at least a Degree.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in a specific industry.
• Knowledge of company policies.

• Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.
• Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration.
• Proficiency in using various software applications for financial analysis, scheduling, reporting and MS office. Word. Excel etc.
• Deliver exceptional service, and train the team to address customer needs efficiently.
• Stay ahead by integrating new technology, trends, and ideas into operations and customer service.
