We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our auto workshop store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, leading a team of sales associates, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels
- Source parts competitively and provide quotations
- Engage with Service Coordinators and prioritize parts delivery
- Maintain accurate stock records and update software/manual book
- Establish partnerships with suppliers and present regular reports to management
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an auto workshop store
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Degree in business or related field preferred
- Knowledge in QuickBooks is an added advantage
- Knowledge in the auto workshop store is an added advantage
