Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of stock records, and supporting procurement and logistics processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels using appropriate software or manual systems.
- Ensure goods are stored in appropriate conditions and organized for easy access.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast stock needs and plan reorders.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with records to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock for expiration or damage and report discrepancies promptly.
- Issue materials as per requisition and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Prepare and submit periodic inventory and usage reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Preferred Skill:
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
