Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Stores Officer to manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies. The role includes checking deliveries, keeping storage areas organized, issuing materials with proper records, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will also help arrange deliveries and collections to and from different locations as needed.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, checking, and verifying the quantity and quality of materials and supplies delivered to the stores
- Ensuring that storage areas are organized, secure, and suitable for the type of materials stored.
- Issuing materials and supplies to authorized personnel or projects, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, using appropriate inventory management systems
- Arranging for the delivery and collection of materials and supplies to and from various locations, including properties under management or construction sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- A minimum of a HND purchasing and supply.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks given.
