Job Description/Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Be a key member of Package Security Manager team
Attend daily scrum meetings, planning, sprint review etc.
Collaborate with external teams for joint deliverables
Work with the QA team to deliver the quality product
Review PRs and contribute to the engineering and product discussions
Create and implement new processes that add to product quality, security and performance
Increase productivity skills by improving knowledge or core infrastructure and tooling, as well as testing best practices
Take ownership of team’s process inefficiencies, implement cross team efforts in ensuring things are running smoothly
Create and present areas of interest within the organization lunch and learn or team learning events
What You Need:
8+ years of software development experience
Deep and proven experience with python
Advanced knowledge of python ecosystem, including best practices
Experience with application monitoring (eg: grafana, prometheus and loki monitoring stacks)
Experience with AWS or similar cloud providers
Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering(Frontend, UX, etc) to maintain high-bar for quality in fast-paced, agile development environments
Superior design, debugging and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Team attitude: “I am not done until WE are done”
