Job Summary
Job Description: Responsible for migrations involving PureConnect (Genesys) Dialer: Develop custom tooling for Product Development enhancements and testing tools; Develop software that was deployed into both Client/Server and CaaS environments; Document, develop and test settings with the product that are unique to every customers. Responsible for migrations involving Genesys Cloud: Take many concepts of PureConnect Dialer and replicating as best as possible into a AWS Cloud environment. Have complete Ownership of Outbound UI across 3 teams in greater Genesys Developer groups. Designing and leading an effort to transition to a new UI Framework. Act as Technical Lead for Implementation Features including: Division Aware Wrap-Codes, System Dispositions as Rule Conditions and AMD Detection enhancements. Lead Research Spikes for large feature – Reoccurring Campaign Schedules. Responsible for interfacing and representing the team in discussions with the implementing satellite team. Handle high-profile and complicated support cases while working on new features. Perform high profile RCA presentations to greater Division Development leadership for major outages. Telecommuting allowed for this position.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Participate and document variance analysis to support commentary on significant fluctuations in the Company's balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, including the preparation of the commentary on the company's results (i.e. MD&A reporting)
- Prepare various footnote disclosures to be included in the Company's external reporting
- Perform tie-out procedures to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the Company's external reporting and earnings materials
- Streamline the use of the Workiva reporting tool for use in all external reporting deliverables
- Visible and cross-functional position working closely with members of accounting, legal, investor relations, FP&A, and internal and external auditors on accounting and reporting matters
- Perform various consolidation and close related tasks to support the financial statement reporting process
- Participate in SOX compliance effort over relevant areas of responsibility
- Assist in compliance with other external statutory reporting and governmental reporting requirements
- Assist with various ad hoc special projects in collaboration with technical accounting group that drive innovation in a dynamic work environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience either with 2 yearsat a Big 4 accounting firm (working on public companies) or in external reporting for a public company
- CPA
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Workiva (preferred)
- SaaS/tech experience (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multi-tasking skills and flexibility to switch from one project to the next
