Your Impact
- Manage the delivery of tactical and operational People (HR) services, policies and programs as it relates to headcount planning, disciplinary processes, labor unrest, risk handling and lead HR initiatives, change management, and advisory support to site leaders.
- Deliver Business Unit and enterprise programs, lead HR teams, facilitate upskilling and budget management, ensure compliance, and conduct BI&C investigations while managing.
As Part Of Our Team You Will
- Plan and lead headcount activities.
- Facilitate change management for Site projects.
- Handle Labor Unrest Risk in Line of Defense to maintain a sound industrial relations.
- Advise Site Leaders on people-related matters including interpretation of employee relations policies.
- Deliver and execute enterprise and business unit programs at Site.
- Lead subset of People (HR) team including Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and Employee Relations (ER) teams.
- Facilitate upskilling of the People (HR) team.
- Facilitate HR budget management.
- Ensure compliance of People (HR) team.
- Conduct non-escalated Business Integrity & Compliance (BI&C) investigations and handle compliance of disciplinary process.
Training & Experience
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations)
- Formal education qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Additional Knowledge
- Knowledge gained through work practice with HR compliance, budget management and disciplinary processes.
- Essential soft skills for leadership and support functions.
- Proficiency in knowledge areas, including team management and program execution.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years’ combined work experience in generalist HR, Labour and Industrial Relations and specific mining (on-site) / operations experience, of which 2 – 3 years should be in a Supervisory capacity.
