Operations Management:
- Supervise daily spa operations, including scheduling, service coordination, and staff management.
- Ensure all spa services are delivered according to established standards and procedures.
- Manage spa equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote spa services and products to enhance revenue.
Staff Management:
- Manage spa staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
- Train, coach, and evaluate spa staff performance regularly.
- Address staff concerns and provide support to maintain a positive work environment.
- Inform staff of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and guidelines.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies, products, and equipment.
- Order supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Management:
- Assist in managing spa budgets and financial goals.
- Monitor expenditures and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Contribute to revenue generation through effective service delivery and product promotion.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor operations to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in spa operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of spa services, products, and industry standards.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management and ordering systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Physical Demand:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment.
- Ability to move around the spa facility as needed
