Key Responsibilities
? New Sourcing Channels & Job Board Integrations
- Identify and integrate new sourcing platforms and job boards with Ashby.
- Improve job distribution to increase inbound candidate flow.
- Monitor job board performance metrics and suggest optimization plans with the Sourcing Manager.
? Recruiting Brand Marketing & Job Promotion
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other digital platforms.
- Post engaging recruitment content to boost brand visibility and attract top candidates.
- Oversee paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.
? Cross-Team Collaboration & Sourcing Tools Optimization
- Work closely with the Sourcing Manager, Recruiters, and Marketing Team to align sourcing efforts.
- Utilize Social media channels, Canva, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Brevo, WhatsApp, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage sourcing operations.
- Track sourcing performance and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.

✔ Streamlining job board integrations for seamless ATS tracking and better pipeline management.
✔ Successfully managing recruitment marketing efforts, boosting employer brand engagement.
Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, high-volume hiring, or talent acquisition marketing.
✅ Experience managing job boards and ATS integrations (Ashby is a plus).
✅ Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns for recruitment.
✅ Ability to write compelling recruitment content.
✅ Fluent in English, with excellent communication and marketing skills.
✅ Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
✅ Data-driven mindset, able to track and optimize sourcing performance.
