Job Overview 

Our Sales department is in search of a Solar Sales Consultant to be a part of our team. You should be able to meet and communicate with customers on the phone. Besides, you should also be able to suggest solar systems (Solar Home Systems, Solar CCTV, Solar Water Pumps, Solar Water Heaters, solar components) to customers based on their needs and budget.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you should have complete knowledge of various solar equipment and systems. Moreover, you should be able to provide customers with quotes, shipping charges, and any other related information. You should also be able to keep the customers up-to-date about any promotional offers and launches. 

To be able to perform in this job role, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Furthermore, you should be able to work independently and have an approachable personality. The successful candidate should have proven work experience in the Sales department and an ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities 

  • Providing customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available 
  • Understanding the customer's solar system requirements 
  • Suggesting solar energy products that suit the customer’s needs and budget 
  • Arranging solar installations for customers 
  • Providing customers with accurate order details and quotes 
  • Following up with customers about their order requirements 
  • Generating leads and contacting potential customers 
  • Informing customers about any promotional offers 


Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Proven work experience as a Solar Sales Consultant or a similar role in the Sales department 
  • Complete knowledge of various solar equipment and products 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Good time management and organizational skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Ability to work independently  
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
