SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that showcases our furniture products, customer stories, and brand values.
Communicating with followers, responding to queries, and monitoring customer reviews and feedback (CRM).
Overseeing social media accounts’ design, such as profile pictures, cover photos, and bio sections.
Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.
Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the retail, home décor, or furniture industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation, community engagement, and advertising.
Graphic design skills would be an additional advantage.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
Experience with social media campaigns and performance tracking.
Passion for interior design, home décor, and furniture trends is a plus.
