Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote high-quality ladies fashion and accessories.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure branding consistency across all platforms.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor trends in the fashion industry and implement relevant strategies to maintain the brand's competitiveness.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the fashion/retail industry.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and passion for fashion and women's lifestyle trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising strategies.
