Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories tailored to each platform.
- Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Write blogs and articles that align with Powersoft System’s services, products, and industry trends.
- Support sales by generating leads through targeted campaigns and social media outreach.
- Develop promotional campaigns to boost product and service visibility and drive sales conversions.
- Engage with potential and existing clients through social media channels to foster relationships and upsell services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align social media strategies with sales goals and provide valuable insights to improve conversions.
- Monitor analytics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
- Use paid social media campaigns to target specific audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Respond to comments and messages across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote events such as webinars, trade shows, and sales initiatives to increase participation and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging blogs and social media captions.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically about brand positioning and storytelling.
