Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
1. Develop business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
2. Identify customer needs and competitor offerings and lead the company to significantly increase its market share in line with its strategic goal.
3.Set up key performance metrics for sales and marketing, track performance, and take corrective actions as appropriate.
4. Prepare sales proposals, tender documents, presentations, and sales reports.
5. Prospect for customers; coordinate lead generation; engage potential clients to determine their needs; do product presentation and demonstration; submit quotation, invoice, and agreement; and close sales deals.
6. Support the customer service team in resolving issues or complaints and ensure prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality.
7. Identify and drive process improvements, product knowledge training, and excellence in customer service.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or its equivalent qualification with 7 to 10 years experience in similar position
The successful candidate must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
