Snr. Group Principal Solutions Architect

• Do you have experience in leveraging enterprise integration patterns, design patterns and architecture principles in application design? What percentage of your work was involved in these areas?
• Do you have experience in providing solution architecture to large enterprise applications? What percentage of your work was focused on this?
• Do you have experience with re-platforming large Legacy enterprise applications to cloud? What was your role in this project?
• Do you have experience applying enterprising mandates like Infrastructure, Platform, Security to business applications? What was your role in this area?
• Do you have exposure to Information Security and applying security patterns in solution architecture?
• Can you explain your relevant experience in Microservices, domain driven architecture?

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Architects, Chief Product Owner, Product Owner, Project Managers to ensure Solution and Technical Architecture creation for a given requirement/feature/initiative
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Risk & Security groups to ensure new and existing solutions are aligned with enterprise standards
• Partner with business and IT customers to drive product research, RFP/vendor interview from technical perspective and POCs activities for COTS solution in a buy
• Work with development leads on design brainstorming and design review to ensure alignment with architecture, patterns and standards
• Work with Support team to resolve implementation issues from business or technical requirements, design, code, testing, to technology/platform

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, micro services, 12 factor applications etc.

Technical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both

• Experienced in AL/ML, BI, Big Data, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Governance
• Prior Software development background
• 5+ years of relevant task management experience
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations
• Collaborate with Business Architects, Chief Product Owner, Product Owner, Agile Coach to ensure Solution and Technical Architecture creation for a given requirement/feature/initiative
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Risk & Security groups to ensure new and existing solutions are aligned with enterprise standards
• Min 3 years commitment to role.
• Willing to undergo high level security clearance
• Must be willing to travel out of Ghana on job assignments
