Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative bread, pastry, and dessert menus.
- Oversee the production of high-quality baked goods, ensuring consistency and flavor.
- Manage and train a team of pastry chefs and bakers.
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and visually appealing desserts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef in a high-end culinary environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Creative flair and a passion for baking.
- Demonstrates the skill to thrive in high-pressure situations and consistently meet deadlines.
