We are currently recruiting for Site Managers, who are experienced within the food & beverage/manufacturing industry. Our client is world leader in process and packaging solutions, which are currently expanding operations across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Their solutions include packaging, filling machines, and processing for dairy, beverages, cheese, and others.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Site Manager for Engineering & Design (E&D) to manage our projects in Tunisia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in engineering and design projects with similar clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering and design projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in engineering and design projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to speak French or Arabic.
• Experience working with similar clients is highly desirable.
