Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer queries and provide product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves, display merchandise, and ensure products are neatly arrange.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop including sweeping, dusting, and organizing shelves
- Report any issues or customer complaints to the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in the complementary and alternative medicine industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledgeable in phytopharmaceuticals or plant medicines
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic towards work.
- Friendly attitude and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
