Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Sales:
- Dispense products to customers promptly and courteously.
- Provide detailed information about products, including proper usage, dosage, storage, and potential side effects.
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Order, receive, and record products accurately, ensuring they are stored in optimal conditions.
- Implement an effective inventory control system to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages by placing timely orders.
- Inspect products to verify proper labeling, packaging, and dosage compliance.
Shop Operations:
- Open the shop on time and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
- Handle products carefully and assist with arranging delivery services when required.
Financial Management:
- Ensure regular and secure deposit of sales revenue into the bank.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses for accountability and review.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor or Director.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of financial procedures and customer care.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.
