The Landscaping/Horticulture Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day landscaping, horticultural, and groundskeeping operations during assigned shifts. The role ensures efficient allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources to maintain and improve landscape aesthetics, safety, and sustainability.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations and staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor workflow, assign duties, and adjust staffing as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Handle employee issues and escalate matters when necessary.
- Complete shift reports, incident logs, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate with other shift supervisors and departments to ensure continuity.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
