We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shared Office Centre Manager to oversee the operations, growth, and tenant satisfaction of our shared office facility. The Centre Manager will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive client retention, and manage the space as a vibrant, professional, and collaborative environment for businesses and professionals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shared office center, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to understand and address their needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new tenants, including contracts, space setup, and facility orientation.
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and market the shared office space to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and organize networking events.
- Drive additional revenue by upselling services such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and additional amenities.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of support staff, including receptionists, custodial staff, and technical support.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
Facility Management:
- Manage the scheduling and maintenance of shared spaces, including meeting rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of facility upkeep.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure availability for tenants.
Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage the center’s budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection from tenants
- Generate financial and operational reports for senior management.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community by organizing tenant networking events, workshops, and other collaborative activities.
- Actively seek feedback to improve the tenant experience and promote tenant retention.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in office or facilities management are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office management, hospitality, or a related field, with [Insert Years] years in a leadership role.
