Job Description/Requirements
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bsc. Tech / Bsc. Engineering - Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air conditioning
- 2 - 5 years of experience in HVAC / Air conditioning trouble shooting & repair.
- Hands on experience of commissioning of ducted, cassette and VRF air conditioners. Knowledge of chillers would be an added advantage.
- Testing and commissioning of the new AC installations
- Attending customer complaints
- Arrange desired spare parts
- Find and develop contractors for service
- Find local suppliers for spare parts and installation materials
- Maintain and improve FRT and TAT
- Generate business through AMC and chargeable repairs
- Working knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
