Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO and Content Marketing Specialist with 2-3
years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about SEO and have a proven track record of optimizing websites,
improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic. The ideal candidate is
also one who will stay abreast of SEO trends and continuously update his or her
skills with new tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify issues and
opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement actionable strategies
based on audit findings.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-
value keywords and phrases that align with our business goals. Use tools like
Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Competitive analysis: Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps
and areas for enhancement.
- Campaign Setup: Plan, create, and manage effective SEO campaigns
Develop SEO strategies that align with overall business objectives and
marketing goals.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and
other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user
experience.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content marketing
strategy that drives organic traffic, engages our audience, and supports our
brand mission.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging
and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles & landing pages.
Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and business goals.
- Content Coordination: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO
best practices are integrated into content creation. Provide guidance on
content optimization and keyword integration.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy. Identify
and build relationships with relevant websites and influencers to secure high-
quality backlinks.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic,
conversion rates, and time spent on page. Track, analyse, and report on SEO
performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, and other SEO software. Provide regular reports to management
and suggest improvements.

- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and familiarity with
