The Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborate with teams to create designs that meet business goals and user needs;
- Lead design from ideas to final implementation with wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs;
- Work with User Researchers to inform and refine design decisions;
- Build and maintain design systems for consistency across products;
- Mentor and guide fellow designers and support their growth;
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
Key Skills and Experience for this Role:
- A degree in psychology, HCI, or a related field is preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in user research for digital products
- Expertise in research methods: surveys, interviews, usability testing, ethnography;
- Experience with non-Western markets and low-tech environments;
- Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights;
- Proficient with Figma, Jira, Confluence, and managing technical setups;
- Willingness to travel.
