Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview

Clank Tech is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications using modern technologies. The role involves working with React, React Native, SQL, AWS, NoSQL, testing and other frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery that aligns with business requirements.

Purpose of the Role

The Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications that drive Clank Tech’s technology solutions. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with cloud infrastructure and database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, SQL databases, AWS, and NoSQL databases.
• Design, implement, and test scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of applications.
• Write and maintain unit, integration and E2E tests using testing frameworks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, React Native, PostGres, and AWS.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. DynamoDB, PossGres, MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright, Mocha).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
