Job Title: Senior Sales Recruiter – Micasso & Accra BBMC (Building Materials & High-End Sales)

Micasso and Accra BBMC are leading brands in the building materials sector, specializing in high-end tiles, sanitary ware, and home building materials. As we expand our operations, we seek an experienced Sales Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top sales professionals who can contribute to business growth. The recruiter will focus on hiring sales professionals for Micasso’s showroom and Accra BBMC's sales operations, ensuring we build a high-performing team aligned with our business goals.


Job Summary

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales professionals for both Micasso and Accra BBMC. This role requires a strategic and proactive recruiter who understands the competitive landscape of high-end building materials sales and can effectively identify, engage, and onboard high-performing candidates to drive showroom and field sales growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top sales talent in the building materials and home improvement industry.
  • Identify, source, and screen qualified sales candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ sales expertise, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for showroom sales professionals and field sales agents to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, showroom managers, and department heads to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent acquisition best practices in the high-end building materials sector.
  • Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to measure success and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations in all recruitment activities.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in building materials, construction, or high-end retail sales industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sales roles, commission structures, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and close top sales talent in a competitive market.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to engage with sales professionals.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills, ensuring we select top-performing sales talent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
