Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. This is an on-site role located in Accra.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Duties:

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.


Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.


Sales Performance and Reporting

  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Present sales results and forecasts to the management team.


Operational Duties

  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.


Qualifications

  • Strong customer service, communication, and lead generation skills.
  • 5 years of experience in general sales and 3 years minimum experience in real estate sales
  • Experience in Real estate sales operations and channel sales
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
