As a Senior Sales Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. This is an on-site role located in Accra.

Duties:
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.
Sales Performance and Reporting
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports on sales metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Present sales results and forecasts to the management team.
Operational Duties
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, communication, and lead generation skills.
- 5 years of experience in general sales and 3 years minimum experience in real estate sales
- Experience in Real estate sales operations and channel sales
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
