MG Auto Trading is seeking to hire a young and vibrant individual to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of MG, ISUZU, CHEVROLET and other brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline by identifying key business opportunities an

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects in line with company’s procedures, standards, targets and margins.
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop annual sales goals, develop strategy and review sales performance.
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships in collaboration with sales leaders.
  • Support strategy implemented for customer satisfaction.
  • Gather market and customer information and report this information to Management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management on sales.
  • Support marketing, communication and administrative process for the finalization of sales.
  • Promote the products in a professional and effective way.
  • Fill up the necessary prospect sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality and develop good quality relationships with customers.


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • 3- 5 years relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales deals.
  • Confident at pitching/framing offerings with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and determined approach with high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
  • Possess valid driver's license.

  • Confident at pitching and framing offerings with the desire and ability to sell.
  • Ability to set challenging goals for self and puts in place plans to achieve them.
  • Knowledge of sales negotiation techniques. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact with customers.
  • Ability to pay attention to details and keep to time commitment to achieve targets.
  • Ability to handle conflict and confrontation in such a manner as to solve the problem and sustain positive relationships and flourish in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and manage sales complexities.
