Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects in line with company’s
procedures, standards, targets and margins.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Develop annual sales goals, develop strategy and review sales performance.
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships in collaboration with sales leaders.
- Support strategy implemented for customer satisfaction.
- Gather market and customer information and report this information to Management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to management on sales.
- Support marketing, communication and administrative process for the finalization of sales.
- Promote the products in a professional and effective way.
- Fill up the necessary prospect sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and develop good quality relationships with customers.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with knowledge of MS Office applications.
- 3- 5 years relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales deals.
- Confident at pitching/framing offerings with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and determined approach with high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- Possess valid driver's license.
