Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source passive and active go-to-market candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including prospecting tools, referrals, and events in order to build a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Review and screen candidate applications.
- Own full lifecycle recruiting process from role kickoffs through offer closing, including internal team stakeholder management.
- Partner with AcuityMD’s Commercial Leadership team and hiring managers to prioritize hiring plans and align on ideal candidate profiles.
- Continuously improve our process from end to end to ensure positive and inclusive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Your Profile:
- 4+ years as a full-cycle recruiter focused primarily on GTM roles
- Deep experience sourcing and closing Account Executive candidates in enterprise software with quotas ranging from $750k - $1.5M+
- Demonstrated excellence and passion for each step of the recruitment process
- Data-driven and willing to update recruiting process based on insights from the interview process
- Compassionate and collaborative, nurturing every candidate through the interview process
- Innovative in your recruitment strategy
Nice to Haves:
- Experience using relevant tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or HireEZ preferred)
- Willingness to use cutting edge tools (e.g., AI)
