Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced quality assurance engineer to mature our QA processes and accelerate the development of our CI/CD tools and processes. We need someone who not only understands the implementation of test suites, but how to design both systems and patterns for integrations tests that expand coverage to allow for fully automated software release cycles.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy integration testing frameworks for continuous monitoring of microservices
- Develop scalable unit testing patterns and processes
- Lead pre- and post-release testing
- Manage ticketing and issue triage
- Maintain and update API documentation
- Partner with customer success to understand and triage recurring customer pain points
- Partner with customer success to manage API versioning lifecycles
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a QA or site reliability engineer
- Proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript
- Deep understanding of testing processes required for successful CI/CD patterns
- Familiarity with relevant testing frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with IaC tools, particularly Terraform
- Attention to detail and communication skills filing tickets and managing issue backlogs
