Job Summary

TeamSnap is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager for the Consumer Business to join our team and drive the execution of our consumer product vision. The ideal candidate will have a relentless bias for action, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of accountability. They will be passionate about building excellent products that meet the needs of our users while driving business growth. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of our mobile and web applications.

Job Description/Requirements

What You'll Do:
  • Execute the vision for our consumer product, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Drive product development from concept to launch, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric experiences.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Understand monetization strategies for web and mobile applications, including subscriptions, entitlements, and other revenue models.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver product milestones on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on project status, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, promoting best practices and driving positive change.


What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in consumer-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies, with a focus on user experience
  • Experience with monetization strategies for digital products, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and advertising.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business impact and delivering measurable results.
