Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager to identify and onboard new channel partners, drive business growth, and strengthen the comany's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, enhancing partner engagement, and supporting joint sales initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new local channel partnerships and business opportunities and on-board new channel partners.
  • Ensure seamless on-boarding of new partners using the approved company processes and procedures.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly, develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings and conferences of partners.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Support the implementation of partner commercial plans and joint sales action execution to increase sales across defined product categories.
  • Support in the management and resolution of all partner related topics and issues, coordinating and leveraging the company's resources for their execution and/or resolution


Qualifications, Business skill & Professional Knowledge requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing, IT & Telecommunications Engineering. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT & IP solutions sales and channel business sales and development.
  • Language: Good command in verbal and written English & a very good communication skills.
