Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, and revenue
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze assigned metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns
- Market Research: Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on industry shift
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, operations, and tech teams to drive growth initiatives and optimize user funnels
- Budget Management: Design initiatives to boost user engagement and lifetime value
- Campaign Design and Execution: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative test campaigns to drive growth. Analyze results to refine and optimize future campaigns
- Ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including online marketing and operations
- Act as the ‘business owner’ for growth marketing, understanding and reporting on campaigns, along with responsibility for driving projects and promotions to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with multiple marketing or project management tools, such as Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
