Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of client needs and market trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive solar sales plans to meet targets.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
- Conduct impactful sales/solution presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Provide accurate and regular market forecasts and reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
- Drive promotional activities and campaigns.
- Work closely with solar channel partners to ensure company solar users and satisfied at all times
- Develop solar solutions and detailed proposals.
- Oversee the implementation process of solutions.
- Maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with the technical team for solution design and installation.
- Qualifications, Business skill & Professional Knowledge requirements:
Education:
First Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Recognized solar systems certification will be a plus.
Attributes:
- Able to develop effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of client requirements.
- Designing company's standard solar solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation.
- Deep understanding of company's solar product features and functionality.
Professional Knowledge:
- Formulate and implement dynamic sales strategies.
- Should be able to achieve targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Advanced knowledge in solar products features and product functionality.
Experience: Minimum 2 years working experience on solar solution design and systems installation, or solar sales using renowned solar brands.
Language: Good command in verbal and written English & a very good communication skills
