Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Leadership

• Leverage your knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and design trends to consultatively sell to architects, engineers, and developers.
• Translate technical product/service benefits into client-specific value propositions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Strategic Business Development:

• Target and close deals with real estate developers, construction firms, and government project teams.
• Attend industry expos, architectural forums, and contractor association events as a technical brand ambassador.

Project-Centric Selling:

• Analyze project timelines, budgets, and specifications to tailor solutions for each phase (design → execution).
• Collaborate with technical teams to address material specifications, compliance standards, or design challenges.

Requirements

Technical Industry Knowledge:

• 3+ years experience in construction sales, architectural product supply, or project management.
• Familiarity with construction documents (BOQs, drawings), Ghana Building Code, and material standards.
• Understanding of project life cycle from design (architectural/interior) to execution (contractor/developer).

Sales Excellence:

• Proven track record closing 6+ figure deals in B2B construction/building materials.
• Ability to articulate technical details to non-technical buyers (e.g., developers, investors).

Qualification:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• Certifications: PMI, LEED, or Ghana Institution of Construction (GIC).
• Network with Ghanaian architects, contractors, or real estate consortiums.
