Security Officers

Responsibilities 

•  Patrol hotel premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
•  Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary.
•  Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
•  Provide assistance to guests and staff in emergency situations.
•  Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain order.
•  Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management.
•  Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
•  Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential security risks.
•  Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols.
•  Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities.
•  Escort guests and staff to their vehicles as needed.
•  Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations.
•  Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.
•  Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security practices.
•  Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods.
•  Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
•  Perform background checks on new employees and contractors.
•  Respond to guest complaints and resolve security-related issues.
•  Maintain a visible presence to deter potential threats.
•  Assist with evacuation procedures in case of fire or other emergencies.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent.
•  Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
