Security Trainer and Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate and assess trainees’ performance and readiness for deployment.
• Develop and update training materials in line with industry standards and company policies.
• Recruit qualified security personnel to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure the quality and integrity of recruits.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and recruitment progress.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to security personnel.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the security industry, with a proven track record in training and recruitment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to assess candidates effectively and identify top talent.
• A Certificate in Security Management or Training will be an added advantage.
