Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and assess trainees’ performance and readiness for deployment.
- Develop and update training materials in line with industry standards and company policies.
- Recruit qualified security personnel to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct interviews and background checks to ensure the quality and integrity of recruits.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and recruitment progress.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to security personnel.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the security industry, with a proven track record in training and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and identify top talent.
- A Certificate in Security Management or Training will be an added advantage.
