They should be friendly, responsive, and attentive to the needs of clients, ensuring their travel arrangements meet their expectations.
  • Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to detail is important in the travel and tourism industry. A travel and tour secretary should be meticulous in handling bookings, verifying travel documents, and ensuring accuracy in itineraries and travel arrangements.
