Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other official documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as petty cash management and expense tracking.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment and oversee office supplies inventory.
- Receive and direct visitors, clients, and business partners courteously.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: SHS graduate, HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies,
- Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (including internships or part-time roles).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Must reside in Spintex or nearby areas.
