Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day school operations
- Manage school logistics and budgets
- Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula
- Monitor and report on teacher performance
- Review and implement school policies
- Interview and hire school personnel
- Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
- Handle emergencies and school crises
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for students
- Build relationships with parents to position the school favorably
Requirements and Qualification:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Education or related field
- Previous experience as a principal or leadership role in a school
- Knowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulations
- General computer literacy, including use of MS Office
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Ability to coach and inspire
- Passionate about innovation and educational excellence
