Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Principal to lead Champions College.
- Him\Her will be responsible for the overall management of the school to ensure our values are consistently upheld.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our educational curriculum and a passion for early childhood development.
- Oversee the daily, quarterly, and yearly management of the school curriculum and student activities.
- Ensure proper funding is secured for education and the resources are used and managed effectively.
- Evaluate staff and overall teaching effectiveness to ensure student progress.
- Source and coordinate teacher training opportunities and provide guidance.
Requirements:
- A Degree in educational leadership or equivalent.
- 5-7 years’ experience as a principal or in a similar role.
- Proven commitment to student welfare and educational excellence.
