Job Summary
We seek a reliable and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and security of our school facilities. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs:
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Schedule and coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades
Facilities Management:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage utilities, waste management, and environmental systems
Security and Access Control:
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents
- Manage key distribution and access protocols
- Ensure secure storage of sensitive materials
Grounds Maintenance:
- Supervise grounds staff
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping and playgrounds
Emergency Response:
- - Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Coordinate with emergency services as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Certification in first aid and emergency response
- Hands on basic repairs skills and experience
