Job Summary
We are a Technology service provider that combines telecommunication services and other technology solutions to provide a pool of products for small, medium and enterprise businesses. We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to lead our sales and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales territory, foster strong customer relationships and coordinate seamlessly.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the territory.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date on products/services and communicate their value to customers.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/ HND in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems.
- Experienced in sales/ territory work with any of the telco’s in Ghana.
- Certification in sales management or a related field (e.g. Certified Sales Manager)
