Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our range of tissue paper products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales within the assigned territory or market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, hotels, and businesses.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Expand the company’s client base and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and suggest sales strategies.
  • Order Management & Reporting:
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, paper products, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer needs.


Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • at least one work experience in sales (preferably in tissue paper or FMCG sales).
